Due to hygiene standards, any product that has been tried on or removed from its protective seal cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original hygiene seals and tags remain intact.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
